Review:Natural Collection Bronzer

Today's review is on a product i have been
testing for a while (around 8 months)and is a product
that some days I love with and sometimes I'm not a fan depending on
my skin tone and of course the season.

Natural collection SunTint Bronzing Powder in the shade Sun Shine is a deep orange
toned bronzer with a substantial amount of glitter. In summer I tend
to prefer this product than winter as in summer it can look more natural.

I decided to photograph this bronzer in 2 different lights as it does
differ as the lighting changes.

As is visible I have hit pan on this bronzer. This is for two main reasons:
1. This is the only bronzer I own .
2. Even though it was cheap it is a great product.

Despite the glitter when I use it on my cheeks to contour it isn't
over powering. For all over the face bronzing it could be
a little too much but when used with a light hand and a fluffy
brush its an excellent product to contour the temples and the cheekbones.
On fairer skin tones this bronzer could look orange and so I would
recommend swatching it on your hand to make sure it suits your skin tone.

For 10g this product is excellent value at £1.99 or 3 for £5.

I am not being sponsored by this company to do this review
this product was bought by myself and all thoughts are honest.

QVS The Airbrush

After seeing review after review of stippling brushes I began investigating into purchasing one. I had seen many of the MAC brushes reviewed but as a 15 year old I felt it would be me throwing my money away. When I managed to find the QVS air brush for just £7.99 in superdrug I bought it straight away with high hopes of it being incredible.

(My brush after use)
(Brush when first bought and in its packaging)

I am personally not aware of if my hopes were too high or if I'm using this brush incorrectly however after testing it out for months and with different foundations I am extremely disappointed.
This brush lacks ability to blend liquid foundations and leaves brush marks all over the face and so foundation needs further blending with fingers or a sponge. The reason behind this is due to the bristles not being dense enough and so struggles to hold the liquid. I do however feel this brush would be excellent with mineral foundations as this brush applies my powder blushes beautifully.

Brush available in superdrug stores however not online

NOTD: Catrice Cosmetics

On a recent visit to Portugal I visited a drugstore and whilst there picked up a few of Catrice Cosmetics nail varnishes at a bargain price of 2.79 Euro. The one in today's post is an ultimate  nail lacquer in the shade 460 In The Bronx . With this polish being a metallic gold it is perfect for autumn.

Only 2 coats were needed to achieve a opaque colour. Used with Sally Hansen Insta-dri top coat this varnish lasted 4-5 days before I noticed any chipping and at this point I wanted to change the colour anyway.  As the back of the bottle claims it does give an excellent gloss and this is enhanced by the top coat.

All round this varnish is definitely a bargain and so if you can get your hands on it I would definitely recommend it.
